90 Degrees Can Change Everything

PF4B6 90 Degrees Can Change Everything This is surely the result of a really awesome digital camera. Maybe the photographer had a tilted posture when he took this photo? Well, maybe its just photo shopped. Either way the result is brilliant.

I think that it would be more trippy if you take out those people in the background.

  2. Ben Eaton says:

    Best XKDC ever!

  3. Autotalk says:

    That looks amazing!

  4. Cool, it’s like a giant stargate!

  5. Camnio says:

    that’s pretty cool

  6. Scott says:

Man, I don’t know what made you think to turn it sideways, but I love it!

  7. Alia says:

It doesn’t change anything. It still looks like someone on the side of a pool.

  8. Doon says:

The photographer really should have cropped out the wrongly-oriented people on the right side of the frame.

  9. Kyle says:

i was like WTF for at least 2 minutes. god damn i need some education.

  10. SPC says:

Yeah, I was about to say the same thing. It makes it more realistic if you take out the extra people. But nice shot though.

  11. James says:

    Turn it sideways…

  12. BAM says:

Photoshop those people out and you have a perfect photo.

  13. AJ says:

Great pic! I bet if you crop the swimmers already in the water, it would yield a more convincing effect. Cheers!

  14. Brock says:

This picture was not photoshopped. Look at her posture. Not a very comfortable way to sit, but if you were floating on your back with your feet out of the pool…. You’re stupid assholes

  15. niceguyted says:

Um . . . NO. This blows. Whoever dugg this in the first place should be taken out back and shot. With bullets.

  16. Rob says:

How retarded do you have to be to think this is cool?

  17. Josh says:

Seriously … You people are way to easily impressed …

  18. Jack says:

    “maybe its just photo shopped”
If by Photoshopped you mean take a normal picture, load into PS, click “Rotate” by 90 degrees, save, than yes, it might just be that.

Honestly, this isn’t all that inventive…

  19. Vinny says:

I like how the caption depicts that it was done some elaborate way, when they just took the picture and then rotated it clockwise. Which can be done in the preview mode in Windows. No need for Photoshop or anything extravagant.

  20. StonedOdie says:

Massive thumbs up to “Ryan” for the Stargate comment!!

As for the picture, cool idea, but you could have cropped the other ppl out, and maybe crop out a bit where her feet are “Hanging”. It looks like she is sitting on a 15ft ledge.

  21. NJ says:

“Cool, it’s like a giant stargate!”

    Indeed!

  22. HayashiKaiji says:

Heh, I attempted to Photoshop that picture.

It’s not really that good, but I tried.

  23. Austin says:

Someone turned a picture sideways. Amazing. It must be photoshopped.

  24. Leo says:

    … but that is cool.
    Interesting to look at.

  25. Mike Byrnes says:

A powerful shot. A company should use this picture to tell a story!

  26. willibis says:

Like someone said several years back, “Creativity happens unplanned!”…

This is REALLY nice. Simple. Easy. Creative. Nice!

  29. Kate says:

Hmm…so I know I’m a geek, but now I’m honestly considering hauling my SG-1 costume out, finding a convenient pool, and very carefully floating on the surface, so it looks like I’m stepping out of a stargate…

That would be an epic Facebook photo.

  30. Aakar says:

    Have to rotate this pic….lol

  31. Keep posting stuff like this i really like it

  32. hardwoody20 says:

sure would look better with no clothes on and maybe blowing someone

  33. pandu says:

    wow!!!that’s nice.

  34. Frankly this can also be taken with a discardable camera, all one needs is to manage a good perspective. I taught myself some photography and I take better photos with a discardable than with my digital.

  35. Frankly I can take such photos with a discardable, perspective is what counts, I do often wosr on my digital than on my discardable

  36. Bony says:

    Hey….that’s so cool. :)
