This is a banksy piece, not just some random street corner graffiti over an advertisement. L2popculture.

  3. james says:

It’s not irony, it was painted as a joke. Did you not realize that?

  4. Zachariah Granville says:

    Is it shopped?

  5. fuckers says:

The phone number starts with 0, is 9 digits long and ends in 34567.. ok.

  6. samuel says:

james: actually, by definition, it actually is irony. The fake hotline suggests that there is a group out there that will remove graffiti while there is graffiti over the hotline itself, obscuring it. At the same time, the fact that the message itself IS graffiti is also ironic.
