Jason Kircher, a Louisville Kentucky resident, was pulled over by traffic cops for driving erratically on Interstate 64. He was doing 66mph in a 55mph zone while his girlfriend, Jessica Talarovich, was doing him.

Jason, whose smiling mugshot contrasted with Jessica’s shamefaced look, claimed that he wasn’t drunk–he was simply getting a blowjob when the distraction of being pleasured caused him to weave in and out of traffic. He tried to use it as a defense for his poor driving but failed to pass the sobriety tests despite having a blood alcohol level below the state limit. He had two beers to drink before he and his girlfriend set off on the trip that would have them arrested.

Police charged him for drunk driving, public intoxication and possession of an open container of alcohol in a car. His ‘blowjob defense’ simply wouldn’t fly in the face of justice.
